C.H.I.L.D! would like to give a huge thank you to everyone who participated in and attended the benefit concert at the Demitasse Coffee in Seogok on Saturday 4th July 2009.
The energy was overflowing with love, caring, enthusiasm and above all community spirit. People came together to enjoy an evening of music and food and to share thoughts of encouragement with us.
Our sincere thanks to Demitasse Coffee for holding the event, Tori Elliot, Stanley Crossland, Tom Jeon , Ruveena Patheriya and all the event planners and volunteers.
All the money raised will be going towards assisting the education of orphans in Jeollabuk-do through buying workbooks for the children and also helping the volunteers from G.P.A. with transportation, who go over to the orphanages to teach the orphans.
